crazychicknladyThe ducklings are 9 days old, and have been with us 1 week. H has been extremely involved in their day to day care, and in keeping them company. C says he wants to spend more time with them so they will be bonded to him, so today and yesterday he spent time with them sleeping on him.
Hazel got her yearly shots today, and the vet visit was very nice - the nasty bad meanie head vet tech quit and the office is back to its regular level of calm, laid back, pleasantness.
The girls and I had an extensive discussion yesterday on common characteristics of live things and biological classification.
Last night the kids and I rode bikes and scooters, then S, C and I watched the cats playing hunt/chase/catch/play with a rodent of some sort.
