Frugal or Cheap?

I was listening to the Dave Ramsey show one day and he was talking about his wife and plastic sandwich bags. He was saying how she still tries to reuse the plastic baggies (a habit acquired when they were broke), and he tells her not to, because they can afford to buy more plastic baggies.

I can do one better. I buy the bags that need to be closed with twisty ties, and I not only reuse the bags from my husband's lunches, I ask him to save the twisty ties so I can reuse those as well.
