Riding on the Road

Today I rode Ezra on the road (yesterday was the first time on the road and it was pretty cool because I was able to handle him when he got extra excited about seeing the pony in a yard a few houses down from us) with the kids accompanying me. They walked on one side of the road and I rode Ezra on the other (that left me plenty of space to turn him in circles if necessary). Mind you these are very quiet dirt roads, so traffic was not an issue. It was really fun for all of us. Ezra seems to really like riding out of the yard - more interesting sights and smells I expect - and we found a nice loop to make using an utility easement road.
