Playing Catch Up on Posts

We managed trick-or-treating with C in the stroller most of the time.

It turns out S felt sick on Halloween too, but didn't want to miss out on trick-or-treating so managed an admirable imitation of healthy till we got home, then she crashed hard.

Wednesday was the first day she started feeling better, and the girls even made it to their theatre class in the evening.

H and I have managed to escape the cold so far (knock on wood, and all that), but we've both been dealing with mild allergies - we have two major blooming seasons out in these parts.

My parents visited the Monday before Halloween, it was briefly cool enough for them to visit and we had a wonderful time.

We had friends visit the day before Halloween. Our kids had great fun playing with their kids.

A good friend visited last night and the kids had a blast playing with him. It had been a long time, and I hadn't realized how much I missed him.
