Last weekend Grandma and Opa came to visit. M had four days off in a row and they made it out for the whole four days. It can be exhausting for me having people over - even ones that are nice, and easy visitors - I think I'm just not a personality that does well with having people around.
It probably didn't help that I came down with the kids' cold the day my in-laws got here. I was pretty wiped out Saturday and Sunday. Monday was okay.
C got to swim twice at their hotel, the girls once.
M managed to sneak in attending a filk Saturday night. The girls were still recovering from the cold moving through our ranks, so neither felt up to joining him, and I stayed home that evening except for a run to the store for chips and lemonade.
H got to see Avengers with M and Opa. She said it was the best movie ever.
The kids got to do lots of crafts with Grandma. They made colored plaster things (C's dolphin already broke into four pieces), bracelets, birds, colored mugs, and painted fancy glasses.
