Firebird 4-H first meeting of the 2013/2014 year.

Tonight we went to the sign up meeting for Firebird 4-H. S decided she wanted to opt out of 4-H completely this year. H signed up for Food Preservation (they will do more canning, as well as possibly drying of foods and making cheese) and shooting sports. C was just along for the ride, since he is doing Cloverbuds with the other 4-H group.

There were new faces, including a lady with two daughters. Her younger seemed about C's age or a little younger, and with about double C's energy (something we never thought possible).
