I'm trying a new thing to shake myself out of the doldrums, moodiness, random spikes of anger generally attributable to living in a dystopian nightmare.
When I feel a spike I will stop and do an exercise. Something along the lines of one of the following: jumping jacks, squats, pushups, lunges, crunches, etc. I'll keep the number short (5 or 10) at first, since it increases my chances of actually doing it. Plus, my endurance is crap right now.
Bonus, if I stick with this and it doesn't improve my mood it will at least improve my fitness.
I'm writing this down because accountability is a thing.
