Jan. 18th, 2021 01:15 pmWell, writing about my negativity yesterday didn't accomplish much besides bringing it close enough to the surface to put me in a foul mood. Looks like I need to go back to status quo, put my feelings into a tiny box and CRUSH IT!* Then go back to blogging about cute cats and minutia.
Today I got up at 8am so I could use Red to get hay before S needed him to get to work. Yes, I'm certain S's truck is a boy. Currently both our trucks are throwing codes. Mine is, yet again, another cylinder. S's is something M is not panicking about, but it would bring me a touch of peace of mind if we could figure out a fix. Especially since she starts class on Tuesday and will be driving a fair distance away twice a week. Hmm....better at least check to see if she has her AAA card in her wallet. Realistically, though, if she needs rescuing she'll call me or her Dad first.
Okay, arguably, yesterday's post may also have helped clear my writers block, since I did manage to blog today. I'm also trying out using my computer more. It's way too easy on my phone to start a post then lose track of it when I need to use a search window or anything else on the internet. Out of sight, out of mind, and all that.
Today is going to be a long day, so I am copping out on dinner by buying pizzas. I'm even going to send M to pick them up, since he has MLK day off from work.
*I really need to find our copy of The Book of Mormon soundtrack and listen to it again.
