Grasshopper

crazychicknladyThere's nothing better at extending a trip to the park than the discovery of insects.
We went to the park after dinner tonight. It was still hot out and H ran out of steam fairly quickly. That was, until she spotted the grasshopper. It was fun watching the excitement as my three kids clustered around the grasshopper. Then one of the girls tried to catch it; much giggling and squealing ensued.
We didn't end up leaving till it was nearly time for the park to close.
