It seems it takes me two days to recover from giving blood. I woke up this morning with a splitting headache. The same thing happened last time. Luckily Tylenol knocked it out. I fully expect it's dehydration related, but yesterday I felt fine and thought I drank plenty of water. I also felt extra tired for most of the day. I'll have to try to do better next time.
