crazychicknladyBoy is getting a Birthday lunch, and part of his present is Dad letting him drive them there.
The boy's truck is too small to comfortably transport 3, so I am staying home. This suits me on many levels: I don't really like driving with the boy while he is learning to drive, I really need the time to get some housework done, and until M gets a new job, or decides to officially retire, I'm not too keen on spending money on eating out.
Hopefully the drive, to the town that should have zero restrictions on mask wearing and plenty of options for actual sit down meals, will go smoothly.
They are also getting me a couple of bales of hay. I expect the day to bring mixed reviews.
