All it takes is a big blanket
Apr. 29th, 2009 10:32 pmMy kids are very creative. I consider this to be a very good thing. It keeps things interesting and fun even when I'm feeling like a slug.
While I was taking some time to make M's lunch for tomorrow, the kids amused themselves with a game that started out being called keep out pyramid. S was the pyramid under her big flowery blanket and H and C were the ones who were supposed to keep off (but not really).
After a while the pyramid broke down and became repaired for many other purposes.
The games lasted well past the lunch making, and the blanket person combo (the person under the blanket changed from time to time) switched to many different modes (dance, sleep, play, etc.) while the other two enjoyed the effects.
The sole piece of equipment used throughout the entire game was S's giant blanket.
