Found a House, Maybe?

crazychicknladyWe put in a bid on a house. Wonder of wonders we were the only bid in that day and their realtor, then the bank, got back to us very promptly (that same day *boggle*).
We haven't started the official 10 day inspection period yet, but did notice tonight that the wiring in the garage is scary. We wont be sure how scary till M gets a friend to take a look.
It could be a deal breaker, thus the "Maybe" in the title of this post.
