I guess omnivore doesn't just mean bugs.

Today the ducks caught a small bird. They then chased each other around, each trying to get a bit of the yummy new prize. Before they killed it they'd drop it and it would flutter a few feet before being caught up again. It was hilarious and disturbing at the same time.

It was reminiscent of the chickens trying to eat a mouse. But it was a frickin song bird, for crying out loud.
