Goose Egg Season Begins At Our House.
Mar. 1st, 2012 08:29 pmChickens and ducks can lay eggs all year round. Sometimes they take a few weeks (or even months) off due to weather or molting, but they can lay eggs in any season. Geese, on the other hand, lay in the spring. The rest of the year they are freeloaders, though ours do keep the horse company, and may even provide some security for the smaller birds.
