Horse, Bubbles and Ducks.

crazychicknladyFor the past two days, C and I have hung out on the play tower blowing bubbles. Yesterday we stayed for over an hour so I could watch Ezra graze in the kids' yard - it's the best grass in the back yard right now, but he can sneak onto the porch from there, so I have to make sure he sticks to grazing and stays away from the bird food.
Today the ducks were in the kids' yard and we made an amusing discovery. The ducks responded to bubbles like the bubbles were flying bugs. They tried to catch them in the air, and ate them once they touched down. At one point Featherhead was startled by a big batch and did the classic frozen duck with head tipped towards the sky to look for dangers pose.
