Lost a Tooth

S lost her first tooth yesterday. The bottom left. She was very excited. She is almost seven and for a while there we weren't sure if she would lose her first tooth before her birthday.

H was barely five when she lost her first. Then again, H's baby teeth came in earlier and faster than S's.

C (seeing as he his only three and a half) still has a full set of baby teeth.

House a No Go

We decided, after reading them over yesterday, that the bank's contract addenda were scary.

After looking more carefully at the property today we decided the wiring is even scarier.

Maybe at a lower price, with more room to fix things, the house would have worked out.

Maybe if it were 300 square feet larger.

There were some things I really liked about that place, but it wasn't right.

It was a good experience, I learned a lot reading those addenda.
