House a No Go

crazychicknladyWe decided, after reading them over yesterday, that the bank's contract addenda were scary.
After looking more carefully at the property today we decided the wiring is even scarier.
Maybe at a lower price, with more room to fix things, the house would have worked out.
Maybe if it were 300 square feet larger.
There were some things I really liked about that place, but it wasn't right.
It was a good experience, I learned a lot reading those addenda.
