Old TV Show
Jul. 16th, 2010 09:13 pmI've been watching the first season of Buffy The Vampire Slayer on Hulu.
I never saw much of it before - just bits and pieces and a few whole episodes.
It's strange coming into a show years after everyone else has already seen it. It reminds me of reading Harry Potter - I know there are lots of folks who love it, but they are all well past the excitement and the newness of it all.
I really like the show. It's a little hokey and the special effects could be better, but it's very compelling.
One thing I've noticed, though, about Sunnydale High, they have the darkest, creepiest locker rooms in existence. And the characters in the show always manage to be alone in said locker rooms. Are we the least bit surprised they keep dying in there?
