C had the idea to shoot at gallon water bottles today. All the kids took a turn at their own bottle. H and S also shot some at the target M made. H has a 4-H archery contest coming up this Sunday. Three hours, moving from target to target. I expect her arms will hurt on Monday.
C sat on Ez, and S and H each had a turn at riding him.
Unfortunately, now that we've given Ezra permission to trot with the girls, he's switched from plodding horse mode, to actually responding with some speed when asked - even if the rider really isn't ready for it.
Sigh.
S had a less than fun ride. H was paying attention a little better and kept her seat even when things got a little too bouncy. She had fun, though she said her legs hurt when she was done.
