M and I managed a lunch together today by having H babysit. The official arrangement is that H is in charge of C, but S is in charge of herself (as long as she doesn't cause trouble for H or C).
This is H's third time babysitting for us, and it seems like an arrangement everyone is happy with. When we got home today, C said "you're back already." in a tone which implied he was having way too much fun, and wished it could have lasted longer.
C then asked for food. "And by that, I mean restaurant food," he clarified when I started looking in the fridge. Good thing the Mongolian stir-fry place we went to had a doggy bag policy. For 50 cents it was definitely worth bringing my food home rather than making myself sick trying to eat it all. C told me my food was very good, "and spicy, but a yummy spicy."
