Violin Recidal.
Dec. 10th, 2017 10:28 amYesterday S had her first violin recidal. She performed a duet of Good King Wenceslas with another violin student. S played the melody line. It was ok, considering she's only been at this about 6 months and it was on freaking violin.
It is funny to me, though, how determined S is to be a part of these sorts of things. For the past three years it was karate tournaments, now, for the forseeable future, it's music recidals. All of these sorts of things have been treated as completely voluntary by her Dad and me, but S still insits on participating.
