Egg Stealing Goose.

The female goose likes to steal eggs out of the chicken nesting boxes. She is worse about this when it is Spring. We think she's trying to collect the eggs into her own nest. Unfortunately not all of the eggs survive her attentions. Out of the four possibly fertilized chicken eggs I put under the broody chicken a few days ago, one ended up broken, one went missing, and one was found snuggled up next to a goose egg in Speedy's nest. I expect the missing egg was also broken; the chickens and geese eat broken eggs, so it was likely cleaned up before I noticed.

The only chicken eggs left are the ones from Lullaby. If they get broken or show no development, I'll try again, including extra eggs from Carrot.

ETA: Eventually all the eggs ended up broken or lost.
