Things about my Children.

At 7, C really likes to bring M his coffee in the morning.

At 10, S was able to go on a week long trip with M. When I talked with her on the phone she told me over and over how much fun she was having. Also, when they went to a food court to eat, she ordered mango chicken with Thai noodles.

At 12, H drained the large pot of boiling noodles for me before I got to the kitchen - she told me she had to learn how to do this kind of stuff sometime.

You've got some great kids. Please tell H that is the best marmalade I've ever had. I am savoring every bite, and I will be sad when it is gone.

Thanks for the kind words. We are very pleased you all are enjoying the marmalade. The recipe made a fairly large batch, and no one in our extended families likes marmalade (though I think if they tried it they might change their minds), so we are happy to share it with someone who appreciates it.

If you need more help in getting rid of that marmalade, I will be happy to assist. What I like about it is it isn't orange jelly with a few peels tossed in. It has really good flavor and it's not too sweet.
