C and Money, Counting, Minecraft Toys
Feb. 7th, 2014 12:54 pmYesterday I took C and S to Target. C found some of the minecraft toys, like the Steve he got from his uncle for his Birthday. He bought the Creeper, Enderman, and Zombie (pretty much the only other ones besides more Steves). As we were walking to the checkout C told me that since he hadn't been spending on little things for a long time, he was able to afford to buy a big thing. Yep, that's pretty much how it works :).
When he was checking out and counting out his money (each toy was 10, so plus tax he needed approximately 33), he placed down a twenty, then pulled out a five, then as he was pulling out a second five the cashier asked him how much money he had out so far and tried to tell him he had 25. He looked at her with extreme seriousness and told her he could count to 100. He then proceeded to count 25, add a five and count 30, then find three ones.
