C's Sick Again, sigh.

crazychicknladyYoungest informed me each time he puked yesterday, pretty sure our running total is five. I did not get woken up in the middle of the night to be told to add to that number, but I don't know if that's because he was waiting till morning to tell me or the night was uneventful. He's still sleeping, so I'll find out later.
The result of him being sick is I have a lot* of leftovers from dinner. I really hadn't realized just how much that boy eats. And he's not even a teenager yet. I have it on good authority, from those with boys older than mine, that teenage boys eat way more than just a lot.
*On an aside, I still remember when my 9th grade teacher wrote "alot" on the chalkboard to inform us that that was not a word. I didn't get the point of his statement right away, since I was very literal in those days (ok, I still am, but I've had lots more practice dealing with the rest of the world that isn't, so I'm a little better at the nuances now), and I avoided using "a lot" as well. Even after realizing that he was talking about spelling, something he never expressly stated, I still felt a little uncomfortable using the phrase "a lot". I still do, a million years later.
ETA: Okay, count is up to six. Boy is now camped on the futon in the living room, sipping from a water bottle, and watching Youtube.
