Still too freaking cold around here.

crazychicknladyThe frost this morning made it look like we had had a light snow in the middle of the night. Mind you, I live in a place where we should never have snow, even a light one.
This is the fourth day in a row (the only reason it wasn't the sixth is because the boy didn't have to work on Tuesday) I've had to deal with a frozen windshield, windows, and side mirrors when I needed to get the boy to work. I've got the routine down now, but I've been having flashbacks to childhood.
I don't remember ever having this many mornings of frozen over truck before, and we're on the second week of this weirdness. In all fairness, though, until the boy got his job, I hadn't spent that many early mornings, in the past couple of decades, needing to be awake that early, let alone driving somewhere.
