House Hunting

I haven't posted in a few days, because we've been running around looking at houses (only two actually, but one several times, and it was hot out).

We wrote up a contract yesterday, our realtor will submit the offer Monday morning. The bank will probably tell us to go soak our heads (but hopefully will get back to us quickly to do so).

Then we can regroup, write up a new offer and try again.
