Back Pains

Yesterday I threw out my back. The trigger? A freaking sneeze.

Not being able to do stuff stinks.

My husband, however, has been a saint about the whole thing and I thought the world (or at least my eight readers ;-) should know about it.

I did that a few years ago. I was in a wheelchair for a couple of weeks until my chiropractor got me straightened out.

Gah! Two weeks is too long. I have too much to do.

I agree. The following year I had a different chiropractor and she got me up and running in less than two days.
