Progress

I want to do the happy dance :) :) :) :).

The bank has agreed to pay for the septic pump and cert, the termite treatment, and to replace the broken kitchen window.

We may get to sign papers on Tuesday :) :) :).

Just a teeny tiny bit of me is wondering what else will mess this all up, but it really looks like we're getting a new house :).
